Mission and Objective of T&P Office
To Train and Guide students to achieve their career Goals.To Train and Guide students to achieve their career Goals.- To provide ample placement opportunities for the students to get their dream jobs.
- To conduct training programs to enhance the communication skills and develop inter-personal skills of students.
- To organize seminar, training programmes and work-shops for students so as to help students to learn latest technologies
- To conduct mock tests, interviews, Group Discussions for students.
- To arrange campus-interviews by inviting leading companies to recruit students.
The Training and Placement Office of CIEM has the core objective of providing maximum training and placement opportunities to the students, keeping in view the ever changing dynamics of the industry. Enhancing the employability of the students, bridging the industry – academic gap and providing maximum placement opportunities are the responsibilities that the office executes. In AY 2023-24, several cutting edge training programmes have been provided and at least twenty pooled campus drives have been organised. In the coming days, the office will augment the said opportunities by further leveraging ties with industrial resources.
